Hey, this is you're shindig. We tell you what we want, and you tell us what you can deliver. Just, some of us like the explainations - as you seem to tend to provide - instead of the simple "no can do", which leaves some seriously bummed out and feeling the head man is being somehow "unreasonable".

More power to you if you know how everything works and still choose to weave your way between the headaches of legalities and the pleading of your Users, with all of THEIR "needs"...
